Oddpodz Review: Photoshop express has LOTS of cool features. It is a bit slow to get going, and a bit more complex than the aforementioned Picnik, but it has lots of video tutorials and help to make sure you get the most out of it. Once we got the hang of Photoshop Express, we preferred it to other online editors we’ve tried.
